1. How could I get samples?
Normally, we don't provide free samples in first business. So you need to pay for the sample cost and courier freight. Upon receipt of the payment, we send out the samples.

For some old customers, we can supply limited quantity of free samples. Before samples shipment, please confirm with us for your detailed shipping address and contacts, your freight collecting account of FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS or other couriers if any.

2. How can I get your e-catalog or price list?
You can inform our sales of your interested models or product series via email, telephone or fax. We will send you our e-catalog or pricelist within 24 hours.The more information you provide,the more reasonable discounts we can offer.

3. What is the minimum quantity (MOQ) in orders?
To meet different customers' needs, usually we set smaller MOQ for most models in our product line if CE/RoHS required,and set no MOQ limit for non-CR/RoHS products.

Of course, different discounts offered for different qty. Anyway, you are strongly suggested to ask our sales for details when you plan to order.

4. What's your usual payment term for orders?
A.Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) in Advance,or
B.West Union in Advance,or
C.50% Telegraphic Transfer (T/T),50% By B/L Copy (Order above USD30,000 only)

5. What's your usual price term for business?
In most cases, FOB Shenzhen term is most applicable. If you need special term service, please talk to our sales.

6. Can you make my custom logo on products or packages?
Yes, OEM projects are welcome. We can customize your wanted logo or contents on products and packages. We need you to provide logo image in .ai or .cdr format.

Besides, there is a minimum quantity (MOQ) requirement for different models. Pleasae kindly ask our sales for details.

7. Can you customize my design...if so what is my minimum quantity?
Yes. If you can not find the products from our current product line, we are able to create custom design as per your requests. But we require detailed moulding drawing and specifications. We will estimate and inform you of the cost and minimum quantity based on your information.

8. What are the freight transportation ways you always choose?
A. Express freight (UPS,FedEX,DHL,TNT,EMS,etc.),or
B. Air-Freight shipping,or
C. Sea shipping Transportation.
We can arrange above transportation way according to your requirements as well as the cargo status,and do best to make tranpostation cost as low as possible to back you.

9. How can we become your distributor sole distributor?
If you can sell our products costing USD5,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth more than USD10,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
